Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the University of Central Florida are seeking applicants to participate in the development of long-term captive breeding program of Key Largo woodrats (Neotoma floridana floridana). Desired skills include experience with rodent biology, behavioral observations and analysis, data collection from video, data management, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience working in a team environment with multiple stake-holders. Experience in informal science education and a demonstrated ability to share scientific information with the public and scientific community is essential.
